At TDC’s Cosmetology / Aesthetics Clinic, each treatment is planned with patient safety, skin health, and medical history in mind. For patients with diabetes, aesthetic procedures require careful assessment of blood sugar control, skin sensitivity, circulation, wound-healing capacity, infection risk, and any diabetes-related complications before treatment is started. Patients without diabetes are also evaluated for skin type, allergies, medications, previous procedures, and treatment goals, but they usually follow a standard pre- and post-care plan. This individualized approach helps ensure that both diabetic and non-diabetic patients receive safe, appropriate, and effective cosmetic and aesthetic care.
