ICU

Our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) provides round-the-clock care for critically ill patients who require continuous monitoring, rapid response, and advanced life-support treatment. For patients with diabetes, our ICU team gives special attention to blood glucose control, insulin requirements, hydration, infection risk, wound healing, nutrition, and kidney or heart-related complications while managing the main critical illness. Patients without diabetes receive the same intensive monitoring and organ-support care, with regular glucose checks when needed, as severe illness, surgery, or medications can temporarily affect blood sugar levels. Every ICU care plan is individualized to stabilize the patient safely and support recovery.
